01

Da Nang & Hoi An

Compare beachfront hotels and secluded peninsula stays with the villa setting at The Nam Hai. Plan the actual road journey from Da Nang Airport.

02

Nha Trang & Phu Quoc

Island stays need their own airport and transfer plan. For Hon Tre, confirm the boat or cable-car connection and luggage arrangements.

03

Hanoi

A contemporary city celebration with lakeside architecture. Hanoi is a separate arrival destination from the coastal resorts.

Vietnam wedding venues: your questions, answered

Clear starting points for your hotel shortlist, wedding costs and guest plans.

Which part of Vietnam should we choose for our wedding?

Compare Da Nang and Hoi An for coastal resorts, Hanoi for a city celebration, Nha Trang for an island stay and Phu Quoc for a villa-based coastal weekend. These are distinct arrival destinations. Choose the atmosphere and guest journey before comparing the hotel room block and ceremony venues.

Which Vietnam wedding hotels are included?

The collection covers Pullman, Sheraton Grand, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental in Da Nang; The Nam Hai near Hoi An; JW Marriott in Hanoi; Vinpearl and Marriott on Hon Tre Island; and Premier Village Phu Quoc. Compare the hotel inventory, privacy and spaces allocated to each function.

How much does a destination wedding in Vietnam cost?

The useful starting point is your hotel, dates, room nights, guest count and hosted functions. Add catering, décor, lighting and sound, entertainment, photography, hospitality, transfers and planning. Confirm taxes, minimum spends, supplier charges and payment terms before comparing offers.

Which airport should our guests use?

Compare Da Nang Airport, DAD, for Da Nang and Hoi An; Noi Bai, HAN, for Hanoi; Cam Ranh, CXR, for Nha Trang; and Phu Quoc Airport, PQC, for Phu Quoc. Hon Tre hotels also require an island connection. Confirm the full route, luggage arrangements and transfer schedule with the resort.

Can we hold all the celebrations in one hotel?

Ask for a function-by-function venue allocation with setup and changeover windows. A ballroom, garden and beach can support different parts of the weekend, but availability and exclusivity must be contracted. Confirm the indoor alternative and any areas shared with other hotel guests.

Can we arrange an Indian wedding ceremony?

Share your priest, ceremonial requirements, fire ritual, procession, music and mandap brief early. Obtain the hotel’s agreement to the specific locations and timings. We coordinate the design and running order around the confirmed arrangements and family traditions.

Can we have a beachfront ceremony in Da Nang?

Discuss the precise location, guest access, shade, wind and rain protection with the resort. A hotel lawn overlooking the sea and a ceremony on the sand require different plans. Check privacy and the covered alternative before approving décor and production.

How do we plan for rain and humidity?

Reserve a workable covered venue from the beginning. Agree a weather decision time and the practical steps for moving décor, sound and guests. Check the backup layout with your real guest count, stage, mandap and dining plan, including any extra venue or labour charges.

Can hotels provide Indian and specialist dietary menus?

Discuss the menu with the hotel’s culinary team, including vegetarian, Jain and regional requirements. Arrange a tasting and agree service around the rituals. An outside chef or caterer needs hotel approval, suitable preparation space and a clear agreement on additional costs.

Are the venue counts all large wedding halls?

No. Published meeting-space totals can include boardrooms and smaller rooms. Where a figure is a named minimum or wedding shortlist, it is labelled accordingly. Confirm useful capacities, ceiling heights, access and simultaneous availability; ballroom partitions should not be counted as separate whole ballrooms.

Can we combine several Vietnamese destinations in one wedding programme?

Plan each region as a separate destination. Keeping the principal celebrations in one hotel or local cluster simplifies arrivals and changeovers. If you want an additional destination, allow a dedicated travel day and compare the complete flight, road and island-transfer itinerary.

What does Purple Grapes Events coordinate in Vietnam?

We bring venue selection, wedding planning, décor and floral design, guest communication, hospitality, transport, artists and on-site production into one plan. We connect the ceremony details with the guest stay and arrival journey, from the first welcome through the farewell.
