Clients engaging our wedding planning, design, décor or event management services shall additionally be governed by their respective signed agreements and approved contractual documents.

3. Services and Booking Confirmation

Purple Grapes Events provides customised wedding planning, consultancy, décor design, floral styling, venue advisory, hospitality coordination, entertainment management, production and on-site event execution services.

All services are subject to individual requirements, availability, agreed scope and commercial arrangements.

Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp does not constitute confirmation of a booking.

A wedding or event booking becomes confirmed only upon completion of the acceptance and payment requirements specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.

4. Client Agreements

Each confirmed wedding or event engagement is governed by the signed agreement between Purple Grapes Events and the Client, together with its approved annexures, service descriptions, scope sheets, designs and subsequent agreed amendments.

The signed agreement specifies the scope of services, commercial terms, responsibilities, payment schedule, exclusions and other obligations of both parties.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general website Terms & Conditions and an individually signed client agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail for that engagement, subject to applicable law.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Wedding packages, professional fees, service charges, applicable taxes and payment schedules are determined according to the specific requirements of each event.

The Client shall make payments according to the agreed schedule outlined in the signed agreement.

Any additional services, significant changes or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges, subject to the approval procedures specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling

Purple Grapes Events maintains a strict non-refundable booking policy for confirmed weddings and events.

Once a booking is confirmed, booking advances, planning and management fees, package instalments and other payments towards confirmed services are non-refundable in accordance with the signed agreement, subject to applicable law.

Requests for postponement, rescheduling or changes to confirmed event dates may be considered subject to availability, services already performed, vendor commitments and associated costs.

Any approved changes shall be documented in accordance with the signed agreement.

Where an agreement separately provides for a refundable security deposit, that deposit shall be governed by its specific contractual provisions.

7. Vendor and Third-Party Services

Purple Grapes Events may appoint, source, coordinate and manage vendors, artists, production teams, hospitality providers and other service professionals within the agreed wedding scope.

The Agency’s obligations regarding the delivery and management of included services shall be determined by the signed agreement.

Vendors, venues, hotels and other service providers booked independently by the Client shall remain responsible for their respective services and contractual commitments, except to the extent otherwise agreed.

Third-party bookings may also be subject to separate terms, availability, payment obligations and cancellation conditions.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients shall provide accurate information, timely approvals and necessary coordination details for the successful planning and execution of their events.

This may include guest lists, arrival and departure details, venue arrangements, design approvals, event requirements and other relevant information.

Clients shall also fulfil their agreed payment obligations and responsibilities for separately arranged services, permits, licences, hotel charges and other items specified in their signed agreement.

9. Wedding Designs and Intellectual Property

All original creative concepts, designs, layouts, mood boards, illustrations, written materials, branding and other intellectual property belonging to Purple Grapes Events are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Website visitors and third parties may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such materials without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.

Wedding photographs, videos, venue imagery and other portfolio materials may additionally be subject to the intellectual property rights of photographers, clients, vendors or other respective owners.

10. Photography, Videography and Portfolio Representation

Purple Grapes Events may showcase photographs, videos and visual documentation of weddings and events to present its creative work and professional portfolio, subject to applicable permissions, contractual arrangements and privacy requirements.
