Yes. We help NRI couples plan destination weddings in India from abroad through online consultations, design presentations and regular updates. Our team coordinates venues, vendors, guest arrangements and on-site execution while keeping you involved in key decisions.
Do you plan weddings outside Jaipur?
Yes. Based in Jaipur, with an office in Kathmandu, we plan destination weddings across Rajasthan, India, Nepal, Europe and other international destinations. We coordinate venue research, local vendors, design and event logistics around your chosen destination.
Can we book wedding décor or floral styling without full wedding planning?
Yes. You can book our wedding décor and design services separately from full-service planning. Bloom Soul Atelier, our in-house floral studio, also offers independent floral styling for ceremonies, dining spaces and other wedding celebrations.
Can you help us find a wedding venue and negotiate rates?
Yes. Our Wedding Venues Advisory service helps you shortlist properties, arrange site visits and discuss rates and package inclusions. We consider your guest count, accommodation needs, event spaces, venue policies and budget before you make a booking.
Do you manage guest accommodation and transport for destination weddings?
Yes. Our guest hospitality and logistics team coordinates RSVPs, room allocations, check-in assistance, airport and railway station transfers, and transport between hotels and venues. A dedicated hospitality desk supports guests throughout their stay.
How much do your wedding planning services cost?
Our fees depend on your destination, guest count, number of functions, design requirements and the services you choose. After an initial consultation, we prepare a proposal with a clear scope of work, planning fees and relevant cost estimates.
How early should we book a destination wedding planner?
Ideally, contact us 8 to 12 months before your wedding, particularly for popular destinations and peak-season dates. Early planning gives you more choice of venues and vendors. We also consider shorter timelines, depending on availability and the scope of your celebration.
